My favorite feature of the new place is the wall of windows in the dining room (pictured above). Light from this room seeps back into the kitchen and the back bedroom through a series of indoor windows. Pictured below is a window that leads from the dining room into the back bedroom.
I love my kitchen. Love it.
Meredith is my new roommate. Read her blog post for a more in depth description of the place.... I'm having spring time allergies and I'm just not feeling capable of writing anything coherent right now.
On a side note, I've recently become really into baking pies. This one is apple raspberry.
The little ones, or piecitos, make me want to talk in baby voices. The pies below are pear red wine, apple pear, pear red wine and strawberry, strawberry apple, and strawberry banana.
I'm thinking about going into the piecito business. Thoughts?Besos,

I believe that you should set up a Pie business. Employ a few natives at a couple of Dollars a day to help out and then sack them just before their contracts reach the six month mark. Ensure that they become addicted to Pie during the initial 6 month period and then re-hire them at a reduced payment rate. Give them just enough Pie to ensure they come back to work every day but not enough to actually satisfy the aforementioned addiction.
Please let me know if you should require any further advice. I shall be only too happy to assist you in your exploitation of the Pie-addicted workers or 'Pie-heads' as they are more commonly known.
My consultancy fees may be paid in Pies. I also accept Banana Bread should it be of sufficient quality.

I think this is an appropriate time to remind you of the Vermont apple picking days and the pie making for days and days after. I made an apple pie on Sunday and thought of you.
