So, I'm back in the US for a visit that has so far been fantastic. I needed a break. I'm a pretty uhmmm, high pressure person that wants to do her best all the time. When you are living in a foreign country where you are learning the language, as well as how to do literally everything else, you are not going to succeed all the time. The fact that you have tried your hardest might not always show through. Some days you don't know what has happened to you, or why. Moving to Chile on my own was by far the most difficult thing I have ever done. If I had known before what I would have to go through, I don't know if I would have gone through with it, at least not on my own without some sort of sponsoring program. Anyway, it's been tough, but I will be heading back at the end of March for round 2. One more year, kind of a new start. Wish me luck.
One great thing about being out of the US for the past year was missing the introduction of reality shows about child beauty pagents such as Little Beauties and Toddlers & Tiaras. I just spent 30 minutes watching Little Beautities which has single handedly made me want to pack my bags and get on the first flight out of the country. I love how TV has the power to reafirm my life decisions. Yay VH1.
Now, to the dentist. Ack.
Besos,
Allie

Round One: Chile just about beat you.
Round Two: You're going to kick Chile's arse.
And then we'll see about Round Three jejeje
My word verification is "hueva". How appropriate.
